These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Templify service, including the website, APIs, integrations, and all related tools and features (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by an independent software developer doing business under the trade name “Templify” (“Templify”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Ukraine.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Service.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Templify offers subscription-based plans, including Free, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise. The features and limits of each plan are provided within the Service or related documentation.
All payments, subscriptions, invoicing, and taxes are processed by our payment partner, acting as Merchant of Record. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Paddle Buyer Portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Templify subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds once a billing cycle has started.
The refund window is 0 days, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
The Service includes APIs that allow programmatic access to features. API usage is subject to:
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict API access if your usage threatens the stability or security of the Service.
“User Content” refers to templates, documents, XML structures, and any other data you upload or generate. You retain full ownership of your User Content.
Templify processes User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not access User Content unless required for diagnostics at your request or by applicable law.
User Content is stored for the duration of an active subscription and may be retained for up to six (6) months after the subscription ends or the account becomes inactive.

Templify retains all rights to the software, UI, integrations, documentation, and other materials that form the Service. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment providers, analytics services, hosting providers). Their terms and privacy policies also apply.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay subscription fees.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the current version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
