This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions to the Templify service. “Templify” is operated by an independent software developer under the trade name Templify.
Templify subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscription payments, full or partial.
Once a billing cycle begins, the payment for that period is final. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all features included in your plan until the end of the current paid period.
The refund window is 0 days. Templify does not provide refunds for unused time, unused API capacity, or for cancelling during an active billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Buyer Portal or through the account management settings (where available). When you cancel:
If a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, such cases will be handled in accordance with Paddle’s procedures as Merchant of Record.
All payments, subscription charges, invoices, taxes and any legally-required refunds are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
